Hi, I’m Benjamin.
I’m a designer who enjoys turning complex problems into simple, useful experiences. Over the past six years, I’ve worked across digital design, branding, advertising and design systems, with experience spanning both agency and freelance work.
I’m currently a Lead Senior Automation Designer at BRX, where my work has grown beyond traditional design into building systems, workflows and tools that help teams work faster and more effectively. I’m the agency’s leading Figma specialist, developing design systems and practices across clients, as well as creating bespoke plugins and automated workflows that can significantly reduce production time.
I still love the craft of design, but I’m equally interested in understanding how things work and finding better ways to do them. I enjoy working with different people, getting stuck into a problem and turning an idea into something practical.
In 2025, I was lucky enough to be recognised as BRX’s Employee of the Year
Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with friends and family, usually around food. I enjoy cooking, firing up the barbecue, sketching and working on personal creative projects.
